*Note: The filled-out waiver must be emailed or provided at check-in and the payment must be made before participating in tryouts.
Step 2
Download the Waiver. Click the button below to download the waiver. Then fill it out and email it to info@wordpress-766698-2601930.cloudwaysapps.com or bring it to check-in. Include the name and grade of the participant in the email 'Subject' line.
